This week I have done my workouts on Tue and Thurs due to a class conflict. I will be running a 3k this weekend at Illinois State, with Ben Rosario, and Jeremy Doherty.

Oh by the way I have decided to run the USATF Cross Country Championships in San Diego next month so I will be adjusting my training for the 12k cross race.
